I have rooms for rent in Brighton, Brisbane.  The rooms are furnished with a suitable bed (of your choice).  Some guests prefer a double bed, a bunk or a single bed depending on which room and who is staying there.  We can provide the bed you prefer.  It is a modern brick home, fully fenced with a security system.

• The house is a short walk from the beach, parks, public transport and shops.
• I have 2 medium sized friendly dogs (and they have 1 puppy here at the moment).  I’d prefer no more pets but will consider on application.
• Rent includes good wifi and TV with streaming services.  Other pro rata costs such as water and electricity will be calculated and split in a fair manner.
• For the normal sized rooms, rent is $250 per week for longer term stays.  If you’d prefer to rent for a short term (instead of staying in a hostel) we can work out a fair price considering your specific details.  Message through for details.
• For the Master Bedroom with a private bathroom and Jacuzzi the rent is $380 per week (for one person or a couple).
• Upon starting rent we require 2x weeks bond paid upfront.  When leaving, we require for you to give 2 or more weeks notice.
• We often share meals and divide the labour of preparation, cleaning etc.  This keeps the costs down and we get to eat well.
• We also have a garden.

I’m willing to negotiate the details of the weekly rent, bond and other costs based on individual circumstances on a case by case basis.

We currently have 2 cousins staying here from Ecuador and a mother and daughter from Mexico.
